Assistant Director of Membership

DUTIES: Assists the Director of Membership in planning, organizing and coordinating social events that foster networking, community-building, and active involvement for BVPA members. The assistant ensures that coffee shops are contacted and booked for upcoming social events.
LENGTH OF SERVICE: 1 year
TIME COMMITMENT: Approximately 3 hours per month
QUALIFICATIONS: A BVPA member in good standing. Important personal qualities include Communication skills
(Communicate with members and vendors through emails, phone calls, and
in-person interactions) and Organization Skills (Organized to handle responding
to emails, manage event logistics, track membership data).
