About our speaker:
Dr. Kelly Arnemann received his doctorate from Texas A&M University in 2007. He completed two years of practicum and internship training at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center in Houston, Texas in the Department of Surgery and Medicine. After Internship, he has worked for the past 16 years at the South Texas Veterans Health Care System (STVHCS) in San Antonio, Texas. In 2013, he was formally trained by Dr. Marsha Linehan's company, Behavioral Tech, LLC in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Immediately after the training, he assisted in the creation of a formal DBT Treatment Program for STVHCS and fully participated in it for the next five years. Since 2018 he has continued training Veterans in utilizing DBT Social Skills two times per week in a video group setting with up to 60 group members per week. A majority of these Veterans have a diagnosis of PTSD or Complex PTSD.
We look forward to seeing you on June 16th!
